Retrieve performance measurement reports

Purpose

This topic provides the steps to retrieve performance measurements reports.

Lucent CM allows an operator to view, print, and save measurement reports. Reports can be saved in XML format or copied from the screen for and pasting into a file or application.

Availability

Reports are available only for Lucent CM system administrators with full privileges.

Report creation and storage

Reports are created according to the defined reporting schedule. Reports are stored for 30 days. After 30 days the oldest report is overwritten.

To ensure that reports are not lost, you must export or print reports from the Lucent CM system at least every 30 days.

Important!  Currently, retrieving history reports is limited to 3-day periods. If you need to retrieve history reports for example for 15 days, retrieve reports in 5 sets of 3 days.
