The Lucent CM call log time does not match the Lucent FS 3000 date stamp on voice mail messages.
The time stamp for voice mail messages is derived from the time zone of the group as it is defined in the Lucent FS 3000 call server. The time zone must be defined when the group is added to the Lucent FS 3000 call server before the Lucent CM is provisioned.
The Time Zone setting in the Lucent CM Explorer administration client is used to translate and format information received from the call server and is used to synchronize user clients. However it does not have effect on the call server time stamp for voice messaging.
To synchronize the event history with the voice message time stamp, the group or individual user must be adjusted in the FS 3000 call server to the correct time zone for the Lucent CM user group.
