Overview
Safety statements describe the safety risks relevant while performing tasks on Alcatel-Lucent products during deployment and/or use. Failure to avoid the hazards may have serious consequences.
General structure
Safety statements include the following structural elements:

DANGER |
Indicates an extremely hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury. |

WARNING |
Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury. |

CAUTION |
Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in minor or moderate injury. |
|
NOTICE |
Indicates a hazardous situation not related to personal injury. |
