From the Navigation menu, select System → System Utilities → Running Configuration. Result: The Running Configuration window opens and displays the current configuration in script format. Equivalent CLI command: show running-config or show running-config all. |

If you want to save the running configuration to a file, enter a file name with an extension of “.scr” in the Script File Name box. Click Save. The saved file can be used to configure another switch with the same configuration, if required. Equivalent CLI command: show running-config <scriptname> or show running-config all <scriptname>. This command displays or captures commands with settings and configurations that differ from the default value. To display or capture the commands with settings and configurations that are equal to the default value, include the all option. Result: The output is redirected to the script file entered in the Script File Name box. End of steps |
