How do I enable viewing of L2 and L3 topologies?

To enable viewing of L2 and L3 topologies in IP/Optical Coordination, you must download a set of NSP IETF topology artifacts files and import them to NSP using a REST API POST call. The files are available from Nokia ALED in the “artifacts” or “beta-artifacts” hierarchy for the current release.
