What are intent type states?

Draft and released states

If an intent type is in draft state, it’s been locked for editing by a user. Other users can’t modify the intent type, create intents from it, or see the changes being made. When the intent type is released, it’s available for any user.

If an intent type has intents created from it, the lifecycle state and target cannot be edited.

The script component of an intent type can be updated when it’s in released state.
