Configure the Redundant Next-Hop IP Address for Static ISA Tunnels and Redundant Next-Hop IP Address for Dynamic ISA Tunnels parameters.
Note: The parameters are configurable only when the port on the interface is created with a tunnel SAP. For example, tunnel-x.private/public:y.
The next hop address that you specify is used by the standby NE to shunt traffic to the master NE if the standby receives traffic. The next hop address is resolved in the routing table of the corresponding service.
