How do I show alarm severity using row color?

Purpose

By default, alarm severity colors only affect the Severity column in an alarm list. You can color the entire background of the row to match the alarm severity using the Row color with severity toggle.

Steps

In any view, click the drop-down menu in the title bar and select Settings.

Perform one of the following:

  1. To enable row color for the current user only: in the User Preferences panel, enable the Row color with severity toggle.

  2. To enable row color for all users: in the System Settings panel, enable the Row color with severity toggle. Only an administrator can enable this toggle.

3 

Navigate to any alarm list, or refresh an open alarm list, to view the row colors.
