How do I display comprehensive event data?
Purpose
In the Event Timeline, Expanded view, you can display event data, depending on the object you are monitoring. Comprehensive event data begins to load for the object when you open the Expanded view. If there is a lot of comprehensive data, the loading can take a few minutes. A flag in the upper-right corner of the view indicates when comprehensive event data is ready to display. The default timeline view displays only event data for the selected object on its network layer. The comprehensive timeline view displays event data for the selected object on the Physical, Service, LSP, Tunnel, and IGP layers.
For NEs on the Event Timeline
-
The default view only displays events on the Physical network layer (NE cards, ports, lags).
-
The comprehensive view displays events on all five layers (Physical, Service, LSP, Tunnel, and IGP).
For services on the Event Timeline
