Subscriber troubleshooting

The Subscriber Troubleshooting view is an optional component of the NE Troubleshooting Summary dashboard. It provides KPIs and statistics information on a BNG/FWA CUPS NE through a series of user-enabled dashlets.

Note: The Subscriber Troubleshooting View is hidden by default. You must modify the Object Troubleshooting dashboard to display the Subscriber Troubleshooting View dashlets; see “How do I customize a dashboard?” in the NSP User Guide.

If you need to refer back to an object you had previously opened in the Object Troubleshooting dashboard, click png31.png Target History and select an object from the drop-down list.
