Workflow to share workspaces

Purpose

You can share custom workspaces with other users of the NFM-P. The following workflow lists the sequence of steps to follow for sharing workspaces.

Stages
 
1 

To share a private workspace with other users, change the scope of the workspace from Private to Public. You must have the required scope of command permissions for public workspaces. See To create a new custom workspace .

2 

To share a custom workspace by saving it to a directory:

  1. Export custom workspaces to a specified directory; see To export custom workspaces .

  2. Import workspaces from a directory; see To import a workspace .
