To view an MSAP event log, modify the global MSAP log policy, and purge MSAP log records

Steps

Perform To list MSAPs and view MSAP properties to list the MSAPs and choose the appropriate MSAP.

Click on the Events tab to display the MSAP event log.

Perform any of the following:

  1. View an event log record:

    1. Select a record in the event log and click Properties. The Statistics Record - MSAP Event Log form opens, displaying the MSAP record properties.

    2. Close the form.

  2. Modify the global MSAP event log policy:

    1. Click Log Policy. The Log Policy - Ressubscr. MSap Event Log form opens.

      The global MSAP log policy affects all MSAP event logs.

    2. Configure the Retention Time and Administrative State parameters.

    3. Save your changes and close the form.

  3. Purge the MSAP event log records:

    1. Click Purge Log Records.

    2. Confirm the purge and close the form.
