How do I edit an OAM test?

Purpose

Use this procedure to update attributes of an existing test. To update a test attribute, the following criteria must be met:

  • The test must have been created in NSP using a test template.

    The Edit function is not available for tests that are discovered from the NE.

  • The test must not be running.

  • The attribute you need to change must be visible and editable in the test template.

Steps

Open Data Collection and Analysis Management, Tests.

In the Filter column at the left of the view, configure a filter and click Retrieve. The list of tests is populated and filtered according to your input.

Note: You can sort the list by clicking on a column header; however, the sorting function is not available for all columns.

Choose a test and click png2.png(Table row actions), Edit.

In the form that opens, update the parameters as needed and click Update.
