[NSPF-422504] Support Firmware Upgrade option in upgrade operations

You can upgrade the ROM firmware of a node as a part of a software upgrade operation by enabling the Firmware Upgrade option in the Operation Inputs panel when you configure the operation.

[NSPF-496048] Selectively process accounting files in NFM-P

This feature introduces the option to stop collection of all supported accounting files by NFM-P when NSP accounting telemetry is in use. Since NSP accounting telemetry does not collect AA or SAA accounting files, users should be careful in stopping AA and SAA accounting collection in NFM-P. If all collection is stopped AA and SAA records would be lost.
