Support for ISIS MT=2 is extended to the Simulator Tool resolving some configuration problems with properties of links and Flex Algo.

[NSPF-250258] Add support for additional PCEP metric object types

In NSP 25.8, the delay path metric is added to PCEP messages. This communicates the latency thresholds of a path. Updates to the delay metric are sent down to PCCs via PCUpdate PCEP messages when a path changes or when the LSP is re-signaled after the metric has changed.

[NSPF-457617] Nominal Binding SID

An end-to-end LSP can be configured with 'Include Route Object' defined, thereby creating a Nominal Path that will prevent the LSP from rerouting. This feature introduces an additional setting that will ensure the BSID does not reroute either. This enables consistent end-to-end behavior from the LSP.
