How do I create a service template?

From the Service Management view, select Service Templates from the drop-down list and click + Service template. The Create a service template form opens. | ||||||||||||||

Configure the parameters, as required:

Enable the Accelerated Provisioning parameter, as required. Note: When the Accelerated Provisioning parameter is enabled, service management will skip life cycle state planning across all of the applicable operations. If the operator sends a service provisioning request to planning, it will be rejected with a 409 conflict. No auditing will be done during the initial association of the service to the template. Once the service becomes intent aware, any attempt to update the service will trigger an audit. | ||||||||||||||

If required, click + Add in the Assign workflows panel to add workflows to the service template. The Add Workflows form opens. | ||||||||||||||

Configure the parameters, as required:

Click + Add. The Add Workflows form closes and the workflow is added to the service template. | ||||||||||||||

If required, select a Default Service Category in the Bulk Association panel to specify a service type to which this service template can be applied in bulk. | ||||||||||||||
