Open IP/Optical Coordination, and select Cross Domain Link, IP-Optical Correlation, Link Layer Interconnect, or Protection Groups.
Click More located at the top-right of a link table and choose Export all.
Choose CSV export.
The displayed list is saved as a .csv file. You can also choose options for Excel export.
