[NSPF-493396] Automatic import of service intent types in Service Management

Release introduced: 25.4

Starting in NSP Release 25.4, using the Artifacts views to import an artifact bundle that contains product service intent types also imports those intent types directly into Service Management. The user is not required to take any further action to complete the import.
