How do I edit or delete an anti-theft policy?

Communication problems

If an anti-theft password is edited when it is in use by a discovery rule, communication with devices may be affected.

Verify that the updated credentials match the configuration on the NE.

This procedure requires an administrator role.

Steps
 

Open Network Security, Anti-theft Policies.

The system displays the list of configured anti-theft policies.


To edit an anti-theft policy:

  1. Choose a policy and click png3.png(Table row actions), Edit.

  2. Configure the parameters and click UPDATE.


To delete an anti-theft policy, choose a policy and click png3.png (Table row actions), Delete, and confirm.

A policy cannot be deleted if it is in use by a discovery rule.
