Problem: Unable to obtain NFM-P client token
Cause
When the maximum number of user sessions is reached in NFM-P, users encounter the error “Unable to obtain NFM-P client token”.
Solution
This issue can be resolved by increasing the number of NFM-P admin sessions from the default of 5. See the procedure “How do I change the maximum number of concurrent NFM-P admin operator positions?” in the NSP System Administrator Guide for more details.
Note: The number of admin sessions cannot exceed the maximum supported NFM-P client sessions (250).
