When statistics are being collected by both NFM-P and NSP for the same telemetry type, the following scenarios may result:

• Kafka duplication: duplicate data may be received by downstream applications, such as NSP PCE, NSP Indicators, or Baseline Analytics, or by downstream OSS clients.

• Database duplication: duplicate input details may be received by Analytics or Path Simulation when both the samdb dictionary tables and the collection schema contain the same entries.
