To certify or synchronize OmniSwitch software

Steps

Choose Administration→NE Maintenance→OMNI Software Maintenance from the NFM-P main menu. The OMNI Software Maintenance form opens.

Select one or more NEs and perform one of the following:

  1. Click Certify. Go to Step 5 .

  2. Click Certify and Synchronize. Go to Step 5 .

  3. Click Flash Synchronization. Go to Step 5 .

  4. Click Properties. The Software Control Module (Edit) form opens.

Configure the Command to Apply parameter.

If the Command to Apply parameter is set to Reload, configure the Delayed Activation Timer parameter.

5 

Save your changes and close the forms.
