Choose Create→Service→IES from the NFM-P main menu. The IES Service (Create) form opens.

Select a customer to associate with the IES.

Configure the required general parameters.

The Service ID and SVC Mgr Service ID parameters are configurable when the Auto-Assign ID parameter is disabled.

Save the changes and close the forms.
