Each specified VIP must be different from other VIPs or IP addresses on the cluster nodes. See the NSP Planning Guide for NSP deployment network addressing requirements.

Concurrent IPv4 and IPv6 NE mediation is supported using separate interfaces, or using one interface that supports both protocols.

The IP version support for integrated components varies, as described below.

NFM-P

The NFM-P fully supports IPv6 for mediation and client communication; integration with an IPv6 NSP system has no special requirements.

WS-NOC

The WS-NOC supports integration with an IPv6 NSP system.
