This feature introduces support for Facility MEPs on router interfaces in ETH-CFM. It allows users to configure ETH-CFM Facility MEPs directly on specific router interfaces, thereby enhancing the network's overall fault management capabilities.

With this functionality the customer has the ability to configure NSP's behaviour with respect to accounting file deletion on the NE: delete no files (new default), delete all files, delete transformed files. Previously, all accounting files processed by NSP were subsequently deleted on the NE. This could impact other systems that also need to process the same accounting files.

This epic adds object modification to the criteria for object filter evaluation. The NSP discovers object creation, deletion, or modification within 15 min, and telemetry data collection is started or stopped accordingly.
