Remote authentication server configurations
Purpose
This appendix provides sample configurations for remote authentication servers and identity providers.
Sample Active Directory server configuration
The following example is an Active Directory authentication server configuration, as it appears in the NSP Users and Security Settings, Create Server form.
Sample LDAP server configuration
The following example is an LDAP authentication server configuration, as it appears in the NSP Users and Security Settings, Create Server form.
Sample RADIUS server configuration
The following example is a RADIUS authentication server configuration, as it appears in the NSP Users and Security Settings, Create Server form.
Sample configuration for two RADIUS servers
The following example is a double RADIUS authentication server configuration, as it appears in the NSP Users and Security Settings, Create Server form.
Note how two comma-separated RADIUS server addresses are specified in the Address field, and two comma-separated passwords are specified in the RADIUS Shared Secret field
Sample TACACS server configuration
The following example is a TACACS authentication server configuration, as it appears in the NSP Users and Security Settings, Create Server form.
