How do I manually create cross-domain links?

Manual creation allows operators to define a cross-domain link directly by selecting the router and optical ports. This is used when LLDP is not available or when automatic discovery cannot reliably determine the correct association.

Open IP/Optical Coordination, Cross Domain Link.

Click Create Physical Links . The Create Physical Links form opens.

Configure the parameters:

Parameter	Description
Description	A custom description of the cross-domain link
Latency	The amount of latency for the cross-domain link

Choose an NE and Port to serve as the First Endpoint.

Choose an NE and Port to serve as the Second Endpoint.

Click Create. The manually-created cross-domain link appears in the list.
