TQS mode

The TQS mode is like TQ mode where the server queues all requests that are bound towards the client in an internal queue. In addition to queuing the request, the server sends an SMS to the client using the MSISDN provided by the client. It awaits client connection and when the client connects, these requests will be sent to the client over TCP.
