Device registration update from the Adapter

Over time the objects supported by the device can change. This can be for a number of reasons, which for the most part is up to the device maker to decide. A very common case is a firmware upgrade in the device which may add more objects. These new objects mean that IMPACT IoT needs to be updated with an update operation.

This update operation contains the parameters list, that have changed, compared to the last registration parameters sent to the IMPACT IoT.
