De-Register

If LWM2M client no longer wants to be available to the LWM2M server then LWM2M client sends a “De-Register” command to the LWM2M server. When client sends a De-Register command, the IMPACT server retains the information so that client can re-initiate the registration process. The client status on the server is changed to De-Register.
