Create partition process stages

The stages to create a partition are:

1	Add packages and services that are needed for the partition. Partition specific services typically include: Authentication services Call logging services Messaging services Call server services Including packages: Domain Dialing Rules Features User Features. Search services Skin services.
2	Add a partition. The partition represents an enterprise in the Lucent CM Explorer.
3	Add at least one group. Groups are used to divide the partition for organizational or functional purposes. You can assign different services and features to different groups in the partition.
4	Add display groups if group services are required.
5	Add partition administrators.
6	Add users.
