Configure Ethernet PM mode

Use this procedure to configure the PM State for the Ethernet interface in the system.


1	Log in to the VLNC42B.
2	From the Navigation menu, select TMPLS → Performance Monitoring → Ethernet PM Mode Configuration. Result: The Ethernet PM Mode Configuration screen displays.
3	From the Slot/Port drop-down box, select the Ethernet interface.
4	Provision the parameters as shown in Ethernet PM mode state parameters then click Submit. End of steps

Parameter	Value	SNMP
Slot/Port	The Ethernet Interface AID. This is a drop-down list containing all Ethernet interfaces in the system. The default is the first Ethernet interface.
Direction	Valid values: Incoming, Outgoing.	Incoming: enhEth AggrCDRxTable or enhEthAggrHDRxTable Outging: enhEthAggrCDTxTable or enhEthAggrHDTxTable
Time Period	This parameter identifies the accumulation time period for the PM Mode (1-day or 15- minute collection register). Valid values 15-MIN 1-DAY	enhEthAggrCDRxGranularityPeriod enhEthAggrCDTxGranularityPeriod
PM State	This parameter specifies whether the PM data collection is enabled or disabled for the selected Ethernet Port. Valid values: ON PM collection for all MONTYPE is enabled, PM counters are reset. Current data and History data are retrievable. DISABLED PM collection for all MONTYPE is disabled.
