Procedure 9-7.1: Create Pseudowire segments
Overview
Use this procedure to automatically create a pseudowire (PW) AID output parameter for tunnel TYPE=TERMINATION. Use the Web GUI or the ENT-TMPLS-PWSEG command to create a PWSegment. The PW parameters can be modified using ED-TMPLS-PW command. The PW can be deleted using DLT-TMPLS-PW command.
The pseudowire is created by the system when a PW Segment is created. The PW AID and PW Segment AID are assigned by the system.
The System supports a maximum of 250 bidirectional MPLS PWSegments. PWSegment AID =

From the Navigation menu, select TMPLS → Pseudo Wire Management → Create Terminated PW. Equivalent TLI command: ent-tmplspwseg. Result: The Create Terminated Pseudo wire Segment screen displays. |

Enter the parameters as required then click Submit. See Pseudowire parameters.
