This section describes the requirements for managing the PHB Profile, OAM PHB Profile and Traffic Descriptor for the TMPLS services. The PHB and OAM PHB Profiles are referenced by the Tunnel Segment or Pseudo Wire Segment. The Traffic Descriptor is referenced by the Tunnel or Pseudo Wire.
