Content and format of KPI and KCI XML files

The performance measurements are contained in XML files.

The XML file format complies with the following 3GPP standards:

The performance measurement XML file uses the following:

- format specified in 3GPP TS 32.401

Records inside the XML file are stored by reporting interval. All records are contained in the same file for that reporting interval for a specific accounting policy. If the rollover interval is larger than the collection interval, a file contains statistical values from multiple collection intervals.
