This topic describes the steps to install licenses on the Lucent CM system.
Right-To-Use (RTU) licenses determine the maximum number of users that can be defined on the Lucent CM system.
This topic also describes how to limit the number of users that can be defined on a partition.
A single RTU license can be installed on the Lucent CM system. If the number of supported subscribers must be changed for a Lucent CM system, a new license is installed. The new license replaces the existing license.
RTU licenses are generated by Lucent Technologies and sent via E-mail.
The procedure can also be used to view the number of users that are currently provisioned on the Lucent CM system and the maximum number of users that can be configured.
