MPLS protocol support

ANYsec encrypts LSPs that are signaled by the following segment routing (SR) protocols:

SR-ISIS for IPv4 and IPv6 (MT 0 only)
SR-OSPF

ANYsec currently encrypts only the service label. The entropy-label and entropy indication label are left unencrypted to allow LSRs to use them for load balancing.
