Resetting and rebooting a device

The IMPACT DC allows to reboot or reset an LWM2M device by sending an SMS containing an execute LWM2M resource option to the device. However, the device must be registered with the SMS binding and must be reachable through SMS. After the reboot or reset operation, the device connects back to IMPACT DC.

The reset and reboot are executed using the Execute resource request.
